SonarCar evolves again 2026, with a three-day takeover of the stage by STOOR Live. Starting as a pandemic-era studio project led by Dutch techno veteran Speedy J, STOOR has now evolved into one of electronic music’s most impressive and unique live concepts. Entirely collaborative, hardware-driven and improvised, each session at Sónar lasts upwards of 5 hours, with the performers in the centre of the room, surrounded by the audience and with live video design on a central monolithic structure. On each day of Sónar, Speedy J will be joined by four different performers, plus a team of specially selected visual artists lead by Karl Klomp. What happens next is entirely unscripted and unrehearsed: each night will be an unrepeatable, unique experience.
