Sweden’s SOEN bring a tidal wave of emotional power and musical precision to the stage, blending progressive metal, post-rock atmosphere, and melodic depth in a sound that’s entirely their own. Ever since the release of their boundary-breaking debut Cognitive (2012), former Opeth drummer Martin Lopez and vocalist Joel Ekelöf have led SOEN in carving out a reputation as one of the most compelling live acts in modern metal.
