Over the years they have grown into one of the most exciting and hard working roots bands on the European circuit, known for razor sharp musicianship, lightning fast lyrics and a swing that instantly fills the dancefloor. On Friday night they will turn Missy Sippy into a steaming juke joint honky tonk. The floorboards will shake, the swing will roll and the dancefloor will not stay empty for long. So shine those dancing shoes. They refuse to sit comfortably in any genre box. Western swing, honky tonk, ragtime hokum, country boogie, folk, blues and early rock and roll all come together in a sound that feels vintage and fresh at the same time. Their shows are famous for humour, tight playing and irresistible rhythm. In 2024 the band released the album “Feet First”, recorded live to analogue tape at Lightning Recorders in Berlin using vintage Telefunken tape machines and classic microphones. The record captures the raw live energy of the band and beautifully shows the remarkable range of their songwriting and arrangements. This summer they will also appear at the legendary Sjock Festival in Belgium alongside artists such as Joan Jett, Chris Isaak and Jon Spencer. For fans of C.W.
